1. Grooming and Personality Development
   Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co Ltd
   This course is designed for the customer sales executives of Godrej Lifespace stores to help them improve their grooming and personality development skills. The complete life-cycle of the course is driven by Kern’s Learner Centered (LCM) methodology. The critical aspect of the course design was the final evaluation conducted to test the effectiveness of the course at the workplace 30 days after the course was implemented.
2. Performance Engagement
   Grow Talent Company Ltd.
   This course is designed for the project managers of Infosys with 5 to 8 years of experience. The objective of course is to help the project managers refresh, reconfirm, and practice performance engagement skills taught in a workshop. The course begins with a quick assessment to enable learners judge their current level of knowledge about Performance Engagement. They can determine their learning path accordingly. To enable easy recall and reinforcement of concepts taught in the workshop, the instructional strategies revolved around the case studies and scenarios used in the workshop training. The course also uses graphics extensively to enhance recall of information.
3. Dealing with Conflict at the Workplace

   This course helps middle level executives learn the skills needed to manage conflict at their workplace. In the course, the learner is a manager of a virtual workplace where he/she encounters several instances of conflict among the team members and has to resolve these conflicts.    This course provides detailed training that a small business owner may need to be successful in the public sector tendering process.
5. Certificate Course in Life Insurance Salesmanship (CLIS)

   This course is designed to address the need for true salesmanship among insurance agents in the industry. The course aims to help both experienced and new insurance agents to improve their selling skills besides transforming themselves as successful insurance career professionals.

   This course is designed for the trainee food and beverage servers of one of the largest hotel chains in Europe (Corinthia Group of Hotels). The course teaches the food and beverage servers the knowledge and skills to meet the service standards of the hotel.
   
7. The COBIT Foundation Course
   ITpreneurs India
   This 8-hour course is designed to meet the need for an IT control framework, which is addressed by COBIT. The course explains the elements of the COBIT framework using practical examples and scenarios built around the case study of a virtual company. The case study is designed such that it helps learners apply the COBIT framework in real life situations.

   A leading bank in India
   This is a demo module for a leading bank in India who wanted to create an online induction process. The module teaches “organization values” to learners by using various scenarios where the learner has to make a choice between the decisions presented.

   This course introduces the concept of business ethics that employees in an organization must adhere to. This course suggests ways to resolve ethical dilemmas and communicate ethics and responsibilities. The course has several interactive exercises that make the learner reflect on various situations. This course also has a scored assessment module to track the overall performance of the learner at the end of the course.
